Pin Based Debit

Not only does accepting pin-based debit cards make it more convenient for the customer, it will save you money as well.

On tickets larger than $25 it is more affordable for you to process a debit card by having the customer enter their pin number than if they were to sign the receipt using the card as a "check card."

A "Pin Based" transaction however is routed through the appropriate debit network withdrawing the funds immediately from the customer's checking account and is 100% secure. By adding a debit pin pad to your terminal you can save money by paying a flat transaction fee as well as protect yourself against chargebacks.
